KTS Training has been delivering Train To Gain since its inception in 2006. We have delivered to a wide spectrum of employers including Axa, DHL, Brightside, NHS, South Gloucestershire Council as well as very many small and medium employers across the West of England area.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT TO YOUR COMPANY?
TRAIN TO GAIN is a unique initiative which enables employers to access
- A skill needs analysis
- NVQ 2 assessment/training for any employee who does not hold a level 2 (or equivalent) qualification. (In many cases staff can undertake a 2nd level 2 or even level 3 qualification)
- Wage compensation whilst the employee is being assessed/trained for small companies (less than 50 employees)
All of these services are completely FREE OF CHARGE to both the employer and employee and KTS can offer assessment/training in the following areas:

- Team Leading
- Advice and Guidance
- Contact Centre
- Management
All assessment and training is carried out in the workplace at a time to suit the employer and employee.
