NVQs for Staff Development |
KTS is an approved centre of long standing with the Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Examination Board (OCR) and operates the following NVQs to employers and their staff, and to private fee paying individuals where appropriate:
- NVQ level 1 to 4 in Business and Administration
- NVQ level 1 to 4 in Customer Service
- NVQ level 2 Team Leading
- NVQ level 3 Supervisory Management
- NVQ level 4 Management
- NVQ level 5 Management (Strategic)
- NVQ level 2 to 4 Advice and Guidance
- NVQ level 3 and 4 Learning and Development
- NVQ level 3 Award in Assessing Candidates (NVQ Assessor award)
- NVQ level 4 Award in Conducting Internal Quality Assurance (Internal Verifier award)

Effective leadership and management of people is critical to the success of all businesses and KTS will tailor management development programmes for employers and their personnel. This includes management NVQs but also tailormade workshops and business skills seminars.
